Multi-Plaintiff Child Sexual Assault E-mail

Plaintiffs alleged that a large child care institution had for years negligently allowed three workers to physically, emotionally and sexually abuse children between the ages of 6 and 14. 

Plaintiffs’ counsel retained Atrium to evaluate thirteen of these cases.  Each of the plaintiffs exhibited symptoms of childhood trauma such as drug dependence, sexually aberrant behaviors, difficulty maintaining intimate relationships, employment problems, inability to trust others, symptoms of depression and anxiety, and some criminal behavior.

Plaintiff, a 55 year old female slipped and fell at a retail establishment fracturing her coccyx and tearing cartilage in her left knee.    For thirty years, she had worked as a studio truck driver for one of Hollywood’s largest production companies.  Two years prior to the accident, she was granted full custody of her three young grandchildren.
